Varanasi Ayodhya Tour Packages Itinerary
Day-1
Varanasi (Arrival)
On the first day of our trip, we will Pick up from the Railway station and then we will Check into the hotel. On the evening of our tour, everyone will get ready to experience the Evening Ganga Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. then they Get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats. Enjoy the Ganga Aarti on Boat and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-2
Varanasi Sightseeing
In the early morning, first, they will proceed to visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple. Later, we will return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed to visit Sankat Mochan Temple and Bharat Mata Temple, BHU. In the evening, I have leisure time for Shopping in Varanasi and then after visiting all this we will stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-3
Varanasi – Ayodhya
In the morning, our driver will pick up and drive to Ayodhya. It will take about 6 hours to reach Ayodhya. On arrival, Visit Ramajanmbhumi, the birthplace of Lord Rama, Janki Bhawan, and Kanak Bhawan. In the evening, we will visit Sarayu River followed by Hanuman Garhi, and stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-4
Ayodhya – Prayagraj
After getting done with breakfast first we will check out from the hotel and drive to Prayagraj It will take around 4-5 hrs to reach Prayag Raj and on our arrival, we will check-in in at the hotel and then Later they will visit Chandra Shekhar Azad Park and Anand Bhavan and after that, everyone will stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-5
Prayagraj Sightseeing – Varanasi drop
Morning proceed to take the holy bath in river Ganga and in Triveni Sangam (Meeting point of the 3 Rivers- Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati, Perform puja and ritual ablutions in the holy waters and proceed by Hanuman Temple and then later they will transfer to Varanasi to board your flight or train to home.

- As per the airline policy, baggage allowance will be given to all arriving guests
- Travel by comfortable A/C or non-A/C small cars or Tempo Travellers Mini Buses or big buses that completely depend on the respective tour group size.
- Accommodation in comfortable hotels on a double/triple/Single sharing basis will be provided.
- All Meals – Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, evening tea/coffee with cookies/snacks, dinner, and a Water Bottle per person per day will be given to them
- Guide & driver tips, hotel & restaurant tips will all be necessities.
- Permits/ entrance fees for all sightseeing places that are to be visited from inside are given and there were also some plans for college tour packages.
- Accompanied local guide/s services wherever required are given to them.
- Tafri travel tour Services from the Day 01 Meeting point till the dropping point on the last day shall be offered.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD: Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type, and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with a Passport, a Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry two passport-size photos.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the organization within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are Non-refundable and Guests shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms
* Some Advance Percentage of the total booking amount
* Airfare/transport fare is to be paid in full once in advance.

Remarks
- Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the trip until some specified booking can be done at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any kind of services not utilized during the tour.
- NRIs and Foreign nationals, please ensure proper identity is conveyed to the booking executive at the time of booking, and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
- Security and money deposit is required either in cash or credit/debit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for any type of loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
