Detailed Itinerary for Bharatpur Sariska Ranthambore Tour Packages
Day-1
Bharatpur Arrival & Sightseeing
On day one of this tour, we will arrive at the railway station or airport of the city where the visitors will be received by our tour representative who will guide us and we shall be transferred to the hotel. As we arrive check into the pre-booked hotel for a comfortable stay in the city. The rest of the day is leisure for us in the evening we enjoy and spend quality time with our friends and family. Then we get back to our hotel room and stay overnight over there.
Day-2
Ranthambore Transfer
On the next day of this tour, we went to Ranthambore. After having breakfast complete all the check-out formalities from the hotel then start moving towards the way to Ranthambore. The city is famous for its wildlife sanctuary which is home to a large number of tigers. Tourists can witness and seek the tiger in their natural habitat by taking a canter safari. After visiting all day we will stay overnight in the hotel.
Day-3
Ranthambore jungle safari
On the third day of this tour, we get a chance to witness the wildlife of Ranthambore. We enjoyed the jungle safari in the morning and evening at Ranthambore and relished the safari ride to spot the wild animals in their natural habitat. After the complete excursion and all the check-out formalities from the hotel, we get ready to drive towards Sariska. On the arrival at Sariska check in to a hotel for a comfortable stay.. Later enjoy dinner at our hotel and stay overnight at that place.
Day-4
Sariska Sightseeing Tour
On the fourth day of this tour, we visit the major sightseeing attractions of Sariska. We get up early in the morning to enjoy the view of the jungle and its inhabitants. After the sightseeing, get back to the hotel had our breakfast, and enjoyed leisure time with our loved ones and then we stayed overnight in the hotel.
Day-5
Departure
On the last day of this tour, we get transferred to the railway station or airport of the city. In the morning we will be having breakfast and completing all the check-out formalities from the hotel. After that, we were dropped off at the respected station or airport by our tour guide, and then we continued our onward journey toward the preferred destination to end this trip.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD: Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type, and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with a Passport, a Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry two passport-size photos.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the organization within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are Non-refundable and Guests shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks
- Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the trip until some specified booking can be done at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any kind of services not utilized during the tour.
- NRIs and Foreign nationals, please ensure proper identity is conveyed to the booking executive at the time of booking, and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
- Security and money deposit is required either in cash or credit/debit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for any type of loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
