Leh Ladakh Tour Package Itinerary

Day-1

Leh: Welcome to Leh

After the guests arrive at Leh Airport/Railway Station, Our service agent will escort them to the hotel and help them with the check-in process. After the process of check-in in the preferred hotel everyone will be served with a scrumptious breakfast. Then they can go and roam around the area but we recommend the visitors to stay and take rest for the day because of the air of the area, our body needs to acclimatise. After getting tired all day we can help ourselves to spend the first day and leave the rest to ourselves.

Day-2

Leh: Drive to Nubra Valley

On the second day of our trip we will leave after having breakfast, we will go for a drive to Sangam Point where two rivers, Indus and Zanskar meet. Then we will visit Magnetic Hill which has the steepest road where we can drive our car with the engines off. Then we will visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a 12000 ft high altitude and the place of Guru Nanak since 1517. On the way back, we will visit Ladakh Hall of Fame which is a place made in memory of the Indian Army soldiers who lost their lives in war. After that, we will get back to the hotel and take the evening for the rest so that everyone can wander around.

Day-3

Pangong- Sightseeing

The 3rd day will take them to discover Pangong Lake. After the alluring breakfast, everyone will go to visit Pangong Lake which is famous for Bollywood movies. The lake has a turquoise colour which makes it more attractive and the mountain surroundings look magical. The lake has looks that attract tourists and photographers the most. No life of any species lives inside the lake but a lot of Seagulls and Ducks can be seen around. We will explore the lake thoroughly and after lunch, we will head back to the hotel. Take the rest of the day to visit nearby markets and come back at night then everyone will stay in the hotel overnight.

Day-4

Ladakh: Departure

On the last day of our tour, we will check out from the hotel. Our agent will drop us to the airport/station. After reaching Leh Airport/Station, you will be served with a tempting breakfast. Following breakfast, everyone will be taken to board our dedicated seat and will depart for our destinations. Though a strenuous but sophisticated journey we enjoyed it to the fullest.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the organization within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are Non-refundable and Guests shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks

Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the trip until some specified booking can be done at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any kind of services not utilized during the tour.
NRIs and Foreign nationals, please ensure proper identity is conveyed to the booking executive at the time of booking, and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
Security and money deposit is required either in cash or credit/debit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for any type of loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
