Nepal Tour Packages Day wise itinerary
Day-1
Arrival in Nepal
We will be greeted with a welcoming “Namaste” at the airport by one of our tour organizers. After that, we’ll complete check informalities in the morning at our hotel in Kathmandu. In the afternoon, we will explore many tiny and colorful shops stuffed with Asian artifacts, local souvenirs, Mandala drawings, and the best cashmere in Nepal. In the evening, guests can have a relaxing shiatsu massage, or savor a tasty noodle soup at one of the many traditional Nepali restaurants that is on the streets of Thamel. After visiting all the beautiful places we will return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day-2
Nagarkot
Nagarkot is situated at an altitude of approx. 7500 feet high and is a suitable place for countryside walking and mountain viewing. It is the only place from where one can view a panorama of the entire eastern central Himalaya such as Everest, Numbur, Chooyu, Nuptse, Lhotse, Makalu, and to the west Manaslu and Himalchuli are five of the world's ten highest peaks in the whole world. in the evening we will go to visit Bhaktapur, located about 20 km east of Kathmandu in the Kathmandu Valley, Bhaktapur is known as the 'City of Devotees', the 'Living Heritage', and 'Nepal's Cultural Gem' in the same region. In the afternoon, we will experience Hindu spirituality at the Pashupatinath Temple admire the old stone shrines around the temple, and watch the funeral ceremonies on the Bagmati River. After visiting all the beautiful places we will return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day-3
Kathmandu Seightseeing
After having breakfast on Day 3, Kathmandu sightseeing will take us to Nagarkot which is a small hill station specially designed for its breathtaking views. On the way, we’ll make a short stop in the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and visit the conglomeration of pagoda and shikhara-style temples clustered around a huge palace of brick and wood. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a surreal sunset. We can take pictures of the Himalayan peaks of Nepal like Ganesh, Manaslu, Langtang, Dorje-Lakpa, Shishapangma, and Makalu. After visiting all the beautiful places we will return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day-4
Departure
Return home with happy and lots of beautiful memories by bidding farewell to ‘Nepal will remain a Cultural tour for everyone and after that they will be transferred to Kathmandu International Airport for our onward journey. With this, our beautiful trip will come to an end.

- As per the airline policy, baggage allowance will be given to all arriving guests.
- Travel by comfortable A/C or non-A/C small cars or Tempo Travellers Mini Buses or big buses that completely depend on the respective tour group size.
- Accommodation in comfortable hotels on a double/triple/Single sharing basis will be provided.
- All Meals – Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, evening tea/coffee with cookies/snacks, dinner, and a Water Bottle per person per day will be given to them.
- Guide & driver tips, hotel & restaurant tips will all be necessary.
- Permits/ entrance fees for all sightseeing places that are to be visited from inside are given and there were also some plans for college tour packages.
- Accompanied local guide/s services wherever required are given to them.
- Tafri travel tour Services from the Day 01 Meeting point till the dropping point on the last day shall be offered.
- Veg meals and breakfast.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD: Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type, and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with a Passport, a Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry two passport-size photos.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the organization within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are Non-refundable and Guests shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms
* Some Advance Percentage of the total booking amount
* Airfare/transport fare is to be paid in full once in advance.

Remarks
- Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the trip until some specified booking can be done at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any kind of services not utilized during the tour.
- NRIs and Foreign nationals, please ensure proper identity is conveyed to the booking executive at the time of booking, and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
- Security and money deposit is required either in cash or credit/debit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for any type of loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
