Tour Itinerary

Day-1

Varanasi (Arrival)

Pick up from the Airport/Railway station. Check in to the hotel. In the evening, get ready to experience the Evening Ganga Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats (riverfront). Enjoy the Ganga Aarti on the Boat. After enjoying the whole day we will stay overnight in the hotel at Varanasi.

Day-2

Varanasi Sightseeing

Early in the morning first, we will proceed to visit the most religious Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple. Later back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, proceed to visit Sankat Mochan Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, BHU. In the evening I have leisure time for Shopping in Varanasi. After visiting all such beautiful places we will get back to our place and stay overnight in the hotel at Varanasi.

Day-3

Varanasi – Ayodhya

The morning driver will pick you up and drive to Ayodhya. It will take about 6 hrs to reach Ayodhya. On arrival Visit Ramjanmabhumi – the birthplace of lord Rama, Janki Bhawan, Kanak Bhawan. Evening visit Sarayu River followed by Hanuman Garhi. After visiting all such peaceful places we will get back to our place and stay overnight in the hotel at Varanasi.

Day-4

Ayodhya – Prayagraj

After getting done with the breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Prayagraj. It will take around 4-5 hrs to reach Prayagraj. On arrival, we will check in at the hotel and later then visit Chandra Shekhar Azad Park (Company Garden), Anand Bhavan. After visiting all such peaceful places we will get back to our place and stay overnight in the hotel at Varanasi.

Day-5

Prayagraj Sightseeing – Varanasi drop

Morning proceed to take the holy bath in river Ganga and in Triveni Sangam (Meeting point of the 3 Rivers- Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati, Perform puja and ritual ablutions in the holy waters proceed by Hanuman Temple. Later transferred to Varanasi to board our flight home and with this our beautiful trip comes to an end with lots of unforgettable memories.

Travel by comfortable A/C or non-A/C small cars or Tempo Travellers Mini Buses or big buses that completely depend on the respective tour group size.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the organization within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are Non-refundable and Guests shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks

Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the trip until some specified booking can be done at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any kind of services not utilized during the tour.
NRIs and Foreign nationals, please ensure proper identity is conveyed to the booking executive at the time of booking, and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
Security and money deposit is required either in cash or credit/debit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for any type of loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
