Tour Itinerary
Day-1
Arrival in chennai
In our first day of trip we will arrive in chennai, where all the guests will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel. After that we will visit the iconic sites like Marina Beach, Fort St. George, and Kapaleeshwarar Temple. Strolling through the lively streets, sample local delicacies, and immerse ourself in the city’s vibrant culture. After visiting such beautiful places we will get back to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day-2
Chennai to Mahabalipuram
After getting done with the breakfast, we will drive to Mahabalipuram, that is a UNESCO World Heritage site. After that we will visit the Shore Temple, the Pancha Rathas, and Arjuna’s Penance, marveling at the exquisite rock-cut architecture. Spend our evening relaxing by the serene beaches. After visiting such beautiful places we will get back to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day-3
Mahabalipuram Sightseeing
Delve deeper into the beautiful city Mahabalipuram's charm, for exploring the lesser-known monuments and the Krishna’s Butter Ball. Enjoy a peaceful evening walk along the beach or shop for handicrafts in the local markets. After visiting such beautiful places we will get back to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day-4
Mahabalipuram to Alleppey
Moving towards Alleppey, the “Venice of the East.” Upon our arrival, we will check into a traditional houseboat and cruise through the picturesque backwaters. Enjoy the tranquility of the lush green surroundings, coconut groves, and rice paddies as we move to glide along the canals. After visiting such beautiful places we will get back to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day-5
Alleppey Houseboat Stay
Spend a full day on the houseboat, soaking in the beauty of the backwaters. Relish freshly prepared local meals onboard while enjoying the serene views of village life, small islands, and water birds. After visiting such beautiful places we will return to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day-6
Alleppey to Cochin
After breakfast, proceed to Cochin. Check into your hotel and explore the city, visiting Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Palace, and the Jewish Synagogue. Witness the iconic Chinese fishing nets during sunset at the waterfront. After visiting such beautiful places we will return to our hotel and stay overnight.
Day-7
Cochin Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Cochin meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel. later visit to half day city tour of Cochin. Fort Cochin, Dutch Palace Cochin, is a major port city on the west coast of India by the Arabian Sea. Kochi is often called by the name Ernakulam, which refers to the mainland part of the city.
Day-8
Departure from Cochin
Bidding farewell to beautiful Kerala after breakfast as everyone is transferred to the airport or railway station for our onward journey, of a delightful cultural and scenic exploration with lots of unforgettable memories.

- As per the airline policy, baggage allowance will be given to all arriving guests.
- Travel by comfortable A/C or non-A/C small cars or Tempo Travellers Mini Buses or big buses that completely depend on the respective tour group size.
- Accommodation in comfortable hotels on a double/triple/Single sharing basis will be provided.
- All Meals – Morning tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, evening tea/coffee with cookies/snacks, dinner, and a Water Bottle per person per day will be given to them.
- Guide & driver tips, hotel & restaurant tips will all be necessary.
- Permits/ entrance fees for all sightseeing places that are to be visited from inside are given and there were also some plans for college tour packages.
- Accompanied local guide/s services wherever required are given to them.
- Tafri travel tour Services from the Day 01 Meeting point till the dropping point on the last day shall be offered.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD: Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type, and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests along with a Passport, a Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry two passport-size photos.
Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

- If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to the organization within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation
- Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
- Air tickets issued on special fares are Non-refundable and Guests shall bear cancellation charges.
- Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

* Airfare/transport fare is to be paid in full once in advance.

Remarks
- Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the trip until some specified booking can be done at the time of booking.
- There is no refund for any kind of services not utilized during the tour.
- NRIs and Foreign nationals, please ensure proper identity is conveyed to the booking executive at the time of booking, and all details along with passport copies are handed over to the booking executive.
- Security and money deposit is required either in cash or credit/debit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
- Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for any type of loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the coach/vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
